Anna Conigliari

Bio

Anna Conigliari is a professional flutist, educator, and certified life coach for musicians. Anna won the 2nd flute position with the Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra where she performed for over 5 years until relocating to New York City. In New York, Anna was appointed as a Signature Series Artist with Midori & Friends, a nonprofit that provides music programs and concerts throughout NYC. In March of 2021, she was chosen as the featured artist for Women’s History Month, curating an online virtual experience showcasing the importance of female composers. Anna is also the recipient of the prestigious Kenan Fellowship Award at Lincoln Center Education where she was trained as a Teaching Artist. While there, she debuted an interactive recital featuring a live painter for audience members to access music in a new and exploratory way.

An advocate for education, Anna teaches and trains musicians by way of coaching techniques, which yields greater performance results, practice efficiency, motivation, career enhancement, and satisfaction. She has given over a dozen masterclasses in the last five years on high performance and performance anxiety at universities and flute festivals throughout the country. Her clients have gone on to win professional playing jobs, full music scholarships, entrances into top conservatories, successful concerto appearances, and have secured top leadership positions at major conservatories.
