Altus Flutes warrants the original owner of this product against significant defects in material and workmanship from the date of the original purchase for a period of 1 year. To file a warranty claim you must obtain your return authorization and return your instrument to Altus Flutes for warranty evaluation during the warranty period and must be shipped to us with pre-paid postage.

Warranty coverage includes repair of the defective product. There is no warranty coverage for finish or consumable parts, including, without limitation, corks, springs, and pads. We are not responsible for any damage or defect which we determine to be caused by perspiration, acid corrosion, accident, misuse, weather, climate, tampering and other external causes.

This warranty is void if any repair has been performed by anyone other than Altus Flutes, the factory it represents. Except as expressly stated herein, there is no other warranty, expressed or implied. Additional statements by our employees, agents, representatives, distributors and dealers, such as a dealer advertisement or presentations, do not constitute warranties by us, do not bind us, and should not be relied upon.

Altus Flutes is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, lost revenue, lost profits, or other consequential, reliance, or incidental damages, even if we have advised of the possibility of such damages.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, or the limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so some of the aforementioned may not be applicable.
